With our hot reaction to Oklahoma and now Iowa at hand, I've seen a lot of talk of the hire misses.  We also have a 10th spot coming.  So forget this season...instead tell me what you'd like to see happen in terms of staff shake-up and the 10th addition.  (And let's try to keep the "pie in the sky" to a minimum.)

My Assumption is that Schiano is gone to a HC gig.  I've also never been a fan of the Smith and Davis hires, so I assume their spots are open as well.  (I don't have enough insight to judge Day, but he doesn't seem to be a superhero so far).  At any rate, I'd be looking for 4 new coaches.

So here are my targets / wishlist (yes a couple might take a truckload of money):

Def:

- Tosh Lupoi, Bama ( LB Coach / DC, great recruiter)

- John "Chief" Chavis, aTm (LB coach / DC, general South and TX recruiting ties)

- Brian Jean-Mary, USF  (LB coach and has Tx and Fla ties for recruiting)

- Tommy Thigpen, UTn (LB Coach and recruiting ties to Oh, Tn and South in general)

- Kevin Steele, Auburn (LB coach / DC, South recruiting ties)

- Brad Peveto, Ole Miss (LB and Specials Coach, general South recruiting ties)

Off:

- Dameyune Craig, Auburn (WR coach and UF/South recruiting ties)

- Kerry Dixon, UF (WR coach, Fla recruiting ties)

- Jeff Scott, Clem (Wr Coach, Carolinas and Fla recruiting ties)

- Ron Dugans, Miami (WR coach, Fla recruiting ties)

Specials:

- Dan Sharpe, TCU (Specials Coach, TX recruiting ties)

- James Shibest, VaTech (Specials Coach, general South recruiting ties)

- Sean Snyder, KSU (Specials coach, if Dad retires, might be open)
