That's right, folks.  It's Thursday and the whether train shows no sign of stopping.  If it's worth doing (and it isn't), then it's worth overdoing.  Today's forecast update comes to you a little bit later than normal (taken as of 7:47 am) due to some morning meetings.  In today's search for the appropriate weather forecast source, I felt it would be wrong of me to skip-out on the National Weather Service.  After browsing over to www.weather.gov, I quickly realized there's a reason why the "gov" should be replaced with "com" and you'll get information that is so much easier to decipher.  I really love reading a bunch of words listing the forecast for each successive day this week instead of having pictures of happy clouds showing me that Saturday in Iowa City, Iowa is going to be cloudy during the game.  Here you go, I guess...

For Saturday, 4 November 2017, I will quote the forecast directly, since the majority of the page seems to be bent on making me read.  Therefore, you people get to suffer with me:

Showers likely, mainly before 1pm.  Cloudy, with a high near 53.  Chance of precipitation is 60%.  New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.

Now, I don't know about you, but this a poorly constructed forecast.  Where's the wind prediction?  Also, is the 60% chance of precipitation coming after 1pm since that sentence comes after 1pm?  INQUIRING MINDS NEED TO KNOW, WEATHER.GOV!!!!  When does "Saturday Night" actually start?  WHY SO AMBIGUOUS, WEATHER.GOV?!?!?  Both of the pictures associated with Saturday show rain.  So is it going to rain, or not?!?!?
