What a game against Penn State! I am hoping we come out strong against Iowa and there won't be a let down. But in case there is....This is what Herb Brooks did after we beat Russia in 1980....Just a recollection of one of the biggest events in Olympic history!

Many people believe that the 1980 Olympic gold game was against the USSR, but in fact it was against another well anticipated team, Finland. The gold game was what sealed the miracle on ice but after the historic win over the Soviet Union. The US team was so set on being the best team in the world, after beating the USSR. That they let their heads get the best of them and did not play like the best team in the world. By the time the third period came around the US was down 2-1. During the second intermission Herb brooks walked in to the locker room and said ""If you lose this game, you'll take it to your graves."  Then paused, took a few steps, turned around, "Your fucking graves," and walked out.
