The sixth ranked Ohio State Buckeyes are kicking it into high gear as they head into the second half of the season. J.T. Barrett is climbing in the Heisman rankings, Rashod Berry is eating your cake and then bitch slapping you to the ground, and the receivers are starting to catch stuff. But before the Buckeyes can enter their top ranked matchup against the Penn State Nittany Lions next weekend, they will have to go up against the vaunted Bye Week. Urban Meyer is 4-1 against the bye since becoming the Ohio State coach in 2012, and will look to improve his record against the sneakily decent foe.

BYE BREAKDOWN

Bye Week is looking to be down since their strong showing against the Buckeyes in 2015. J.T. Barrett fell prey to Bye Week's Captain, Morgan. Ever since their victory in 2015, however, Bye Week has failed to replace key contributors. Too's Under High graduated after last season, which is now preventing Bye's defense from coming in tidal waves. Looking to pick up the slack will be Midway, an extremely loud and vocal defensive leader for Bye Week.

"We're looking to disorientate Ohio State this week, for sure," the defensive leader bellowed. "We want to make them feel like they're stepping on glass when they try run their offense."

HOW IT PLAYS OUT

Ohio State is a twenty-one point favorite against their division rival. That isn't deterring Bye Week from expecting an upset this weekend, however. The Buckeyes say they are prepared for Bye's best shot.

"We know they have a lot of fireballs on that team, but we have a solid gameplan set up," Buckeye defensive lineman Tracy Sprinkle said. "We'll get a good night's sleep, hydrate, and do our job."

Bye Week is looking to get their grown and sexy back, but it will be all for naught this weekend.

Prediction: Ohio State 41, Bye Week .08
