With the rebels coming to town, I'm having some friends over to watch the game as my wife and mother-in-law head to the stadium.  I was trying to think of some vegas-style menu options, and here is what I came up with:

Bloody Mary and spiked coffee bar pregame, with martinis at halftime
Shrimp Cocktail Appetizers
Ceasar Salad
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamed Spinach
Prime Rib with roasted mushroom sauce

For the cocktail sauce, I make my own:
I use 1/2 Cup Heinz Ketchup, 1 tablespoon horseradish , 1/2 teaspoon red hot sauce or tabasco, a drop or two of worchestershire sauce, squeeze 2 lemon wedges in for juice, then mix.
