2) Urban initially was going to turn down the BGSU head coaching job:

I was like, oh, I’m not sure I want that one. So they offered the job. Shelley and I flew in there, looked around. I get home and said, ‘That’s not a good job. I’m not going to take it.’ I called Earle Bruce, and he just cussed me out for not taking the job, like he does very well. The second one was Lou Holtz, and he said, ‘Why would you not take that job?’ I said I don’t believe it’s a good job. He said, ‘Of course not. If it was a good job, they wouldn’t be calling you.'
