I loved the fly sweep last year. I thought that getting Marshal or Wilson to the edge was an effective way to stretch the defense laterally and get our play makers the ball.
The other upside of this was the jet counter, which was highly effective against Oregon:

Elliot after scoring a touchdown on a jet counter against Oregon.
We haven't been running our jet packages this year nearly as much, at least from what I have seen. I loved the set because by stretching the D laterally with the Marshall jet sweep, it freed up the middle for Elliot to run into. This year, we only seem to try and get Zeke going laterally, allowing the defense to key on one guy and have better angles to stay tight in the middle of the box.
Thoughts? Maybe I'm mistaken, but I feel like the jet hasn't been run nearly as much this season.
