Interesting fact of his bio. First paying coaching job was GA at Ohio State in 2006 under Tressel.....same career path as UFM. He's a rising star in the coaching ranks and will get a new gig maybe as soon as next year. Illinios could do worse. 

Just another careeer (along with Herman)  to keep an eye on  as a successor to UFM in 10 years.
