We don't exactly have all of the information, but does Noah's injury warrant a redshirt? I'd say yes, unless: he's healthy for our playoff run and we need him, Urban believes his pro stock is so high that he wouldn't have stayed 4 years anyways, and/or he heals freaky fast. Depending on the bone he broke - tib and fib take 6-8 weeks, femur 8-10 - we could actually see him back. So his redshirt may ultimately be decided by our other options at WR.
