The lawsuit against Ohio St for what Strauss did has been dismissed as it passed the statute of limitations. While I love Ohio St, this should have gone through and proceeded and Ohio St should have settled and paid damages. I'm sorry but when it involves proven sexual assault their should be no statute of limitations
