Glenville defensive tackle Jamir Perez flips his commitment from Florida to Ohio State.
Ohio State senior Julia Rizk made program history today, capturing the school's first national championship in the mile, finishing with a time of 4:37.63.
Rizk, a Columbus Academy product, already owned the school record in the 1,500m with a time of 4:18.25. Her time in the mile today at the Division I Indoor Track & Field Championships in Birmingham, Alabama was nearly 17 seconds faster than her personal best heading into this season.

Not to be outdone, senior Sade Olatoye, the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Field Athlete of the Year, captured a national championship in the weighted throw.
