To restore sanity to the  world of College Sports the NCAA can make 2 big changes within the system. The Agents are cleaning up right now and ruining the sport that we all love.

1. Stop instant eligibility and return to a 1 year window to participate and only allow players to play next semester in EXTREME hardship cases.

2. Make the players live up to the schools Academic standards and no mid semester transfers. If you start a class you must finish it at the school you started at and you must meet a certain grade.
