We debated the ethical conundrum of wether or not ordering a small cup and refilling it yourself, if no sign was posted nor any expression of denial mentioned to you before doing so, was against the rules..
Triple Double shared a link to the NCAA’s 2024 Michigan Infractions Decision, and shared some of his thoughts:
“So, I don't think TCUN's violations while on probation would lead to enhanced penalties in this case. Being a repeat violator matters for enhanced penalties, but being on probation does not. Harbaugh, Moore, and TCUN are all repeat violators, and that is what should should lead to penalties for those parties that are enhanced above the guidelines in Figure 19-1 of the NCAA Bylaws.”
We are still attempting to decipher wether or not the waiting part of this process is a good thing for those cheats or a bad thing. And still openly wondering why there has not yet been any copy’s of the NOA issued from the University up North, under all of their open FOIA requests..
