19 Buckeyes that made the East/West 1000 released today which is a good indicator of players who could be picked that are draft eligible for 2027. This would be a pretty good indicator of who all could get drafted if they declare. Roster is stacked again. Surprised that Payton Pierce isn't on here though-in one of Matt Miller's features from earlier this year they listed him as one of the top LB prospects to watch and mentioned that the NFL scouts love him and they trust what Laurinaitis is doing with the room.

Every year, approximately 1000 all-star game eligible players are drafted, signed after the draft, or attend a rookie mini-camp. Our aim is for this Shriners Children’s East-West Bowl 1000 to serve as a look into our scouting process, as well as begin to preview college players who are currently all-star game eligible for the 2027 Shriners Children’s East-West Bowl and 2027 NFL Draft class.

Putting together this list was extremely challenging for our team, as we scouted players from all four levels of football and consulted with NFL and college personnel to ensure the selection of the best 1000 players for the NFL level.

The Shriners Children’s East-West Bowl is a best-in-class all-star event that will take place at AT&T Stadium in Arlington,TX on February 4, 2027. Our players will be coached by NFL coaches, in an NFL facility, and will have access to NFL-level resources, facilities, player-friendly schedules, and opportunities at the highest level.
