I know that they love Jim Leonhard up there and I assume the worry is that if they don't give him the head coaching gig he will eventually go elsewhere, but man. So many times these hires don't go the right way.

The other question that's even more interesting is what happens with Wisconsin as the B1G expands? They have benefitted greatly from being in the west. If the Badgers were in the B1G East there is no way they would have made more than one conference championship. So even if Leonhard keep the team as good as Paul Chryst, they still might find themselves with more losses depending on how things are aligned.
