I found a list of the numerous NIL collectives across the country and their "creators/operators". There is also a short mission statement included for each NIL collective. There must be a NIL collective that operates nationwide and sets up a collective for numerous schools, perhaps as a facilitator (the same people are listed as the "front people" for several different NIL collectives at several different schools). 

What I found interesting is that, as much as TTUN whines about the lack of NIL, they have three NIL collectives listed and Ohio State only has two NIL collectives listed. 

The list was compiled by On3 and was not behind a paywall.
