With the rule for targeting and depending on when it happens, having to sit out the first half of the next game...

If there is a COVID cancellation - does that "sitting out" carry on to the next game?  Or does the cancellation count as the "sitting out" of the half?

I'm guessing it's the first one, but I can't find anything - maybe my google-fu is weak.
