Not exactly earth-shattering news, as the Razorbacks are the worst FBS team not named Rutgers (and that might be unfair to our friends from Piscataway).  You would have to think that Arkansas will go hard after Memphis’ Mike Norvell, who is a Central Arkansas grad with a lot of ties in that state.  The question is whether or not they can outbid other schools for his services.
