Tomorrow brings the first games of the season a week before the rest of the season. The two games are actually pretty intriguing.
Florida(-7) vs Miami in Orlando- Very similar teams who are both very weak at Oline and pretty solid everywhere else. Jaren Williams may have a higher ceiling than Fileipe Franks but this will be his first start. It’s neutral site but it will be a home game for the gators. If the SEC wants two teams in Florida would need to be a very good win forGeorgia/LSU’s and this would be a big resume builder. I expect Florida to win and cover.
Arizona(-11)@Hawaii-Arizona in year 2 under Kevin Sumlin takes a healthy Khalil Tate to the islands against a really good Hawaii team. This will be a high scoring game with the over/under set at 73.5(over 60% of the money is on the over so it will likely be under.) The PAC12 and Sumlin desperately need some momentum. I expect Arizona to win and cover with a solid performance from their defense.
