Former Ohio State linebacker Ryan Shazier made an appearance at the NCAA Tournament – and on TNT's broadcast of the Alabama vs. Virginia Tech game – in Pittsburgh on Thursday.
Sports Illustrated posted an image from the broadcast of Shazier and his fiancee, Michelle, who were seated behind the Alabama bench for Thursday night's game between the Crimson Tide and Hokies at PPG Paints Arena.

Shazier and his fiancee took in multiple games during Thursday's tournament action in Pittsburgh, as he shared an Instagram post from the arena during the Duke vs. Iona game earlier in the day.
Shazier, who continues to recover from a spinal cord injury suffered while playing for the Pittsburgh Steelers in December, will appear at Ohio State next month as an honorary coach for the Buckeyes' spring game.
