I just want to be the first to say it. James Franklin is officially on the hot seat. Or maybe he isn't. Has it been enough time to turn things around and recruit? I'm loving this by the way, he is just so cocky and smug. Not a great quality.  Who would take his spot?  I would love to hear your thoughts.
