DJ Durkin and Maryland have selected Walt Bell, from Arkansas State to be their new OC.  Dude is 31 years old and has Ark State humming nicely:

Under Bell’s up-tempo, spread offense this season, the ASU is 10th nationally in scoring offense (41 points per game).

Last season, Arkansas State broke single-season school records for total yardage (6,194), points scored (477) and total plays (1,024). Before that, Bell was North Carolina’s tight ends coach and recruiting coordinator for two seasons.

So, with the Buckeye offense, Rutgers going to run an similar offense, high octane spread out of Maryland, Indianas offense...and then Sparty and Skunk Bears...the B1G East is going to be a gauntlet for D Coordinators.
