so the recent events with Muschamp got me thinking.

He was hired by Auburn, coached for a year then just recently left for the HC job at South Carolina

He then proceeded to go back to the Auburn defensive staff and take 2-3 guys with him to coach at South Carolina

I am curious if any of you know on this topic better than me

Is this a common occurrence in football/coaching?.

In any case, how can Gus Malzahn, or any coach in his position, not be angry he brought a guy in for a year, then proceeded to have the guy take a bunch of his staff?
