Came across the interview with Gene Smith linked below.  Fairly wide-ranging but he had some interesting (in my opinion) thoughts on graduate transfers and athlete compensation.  I was especially pleased with his thoughts on limiting transfer destinations (or not limiting).  *Paging Brian Kelly*
