so far the narrative about SCum's roster is it is stocked with talent just waiting on a good coaching staff to develop them. considering Urban took a 6-7 tosu team and turned them into a 12-0 team, shouldn't hairball be able to at least get them to 12-1 or 11-2 his first year? I mean everyone claims he's a top 5 college coach based on just a 29-21 record at Stanford, along with a upset of usc. on top of that the 49'ers fire him. I could see him having meh success @ SCum like 9-4 and 10-3 type of years. msu is one reason why it will take longer for him than it took meyer. also after that 6-7 team we had several transfers and dismissals, 19 total 2011-2013.
Expectations of Hairballs First Year?
