Can someone clarify the rules here.  I keep watching Baylor run a pass play.  The ball is thrown in front of the line of scrimmage and while the ball is in the air, another WR is locked in contact, blocking the coverage.  Is this legal because its within 3 yards of the line?  Just curious about this play as it's been killing MSU.
