Man, I still can't get Kosta out of my mind. And I couldn't be more proud of our team/coaches for coming together after what happened. Here is another incident that may be related to concussions. Thoughts and prayers to the Schmitz family, friends, and University of Richmond.

A University of Richmond student and former standout football player who had pushed for increased safety from concussions died from unknown causes over the weekend.
Kurt Schmitz, 22, has suffered four concussions and was able to play only his freshman year in 2010 but remained part of the team, partly to push safety issues.
Schmitz, who played high school football for a national powerhouse program at Don Bosco Preparatory High School in Ramsey, N.J., was found unresponsive by authorities Sunday morning.
He was pronounced dead by emergency crews responding to an apartment complex at 11:06 a.m., Sunday where he had been visiting over the weekend in the 1400 block of West Marshall Street in Richmond.
It was not clear if police were summoned immediately when Schmitz was discovered. The university said Sunday morning that he died sometime overnight .
Richmond police said they do not suspect foul play or suicide in Schmitz’s death but are still awaiting a cause of death from the state medical examiner’s office.
