Interesting enough, the BCS would likely have Bama and FSU playing for the title right now. The CFP has them playing in the first round. 

As a side, I'm not sure I understand the unanimous favoring of Bama over FSU in the polls (CFP, AP, USA). Whatever happened to just winning all of your games?  And if it's all about who you beat, where's the love for Oregon?
