Curious to get takes on micro-dosing, more specifically psilocybin md. 

I tried it once about 18 months ago in Portland and enjoyed nearly every aspect of it except my come down the next day was a bit harder than most. Probably went beyond micro.

Ive done considerably more when I was younger but this first time MD. I’m considering it more because of cluster headaches. Nothing seems To work.
