Change of pace,
I have to give a shout out to the older ladies and gentlemen on the forum, and by older I mean 40 and up.
At my doctor's recommendation, I just completed the five day fast mimicking diet called the Prolon Fast. I commend it to you folks. Always speak with your docs first, but take a look at it. It's tough but if you stick with it for five days it may flip a switch in you the way it did me. And, I'm not getting any sort of commission for this, I just like the notion of sharing health tips.
I'm not not some health guru by any means, nor do I look like one, but I feel great at this point and I seem to have overcome some eating peccadilloes and probably will do it again in November if I can must the bucks to buy another box of the food.
