After the Oregon Governor announced that outdoor sporting events should be cancelled or "modified" (i.e., no crowd attendance) I immediately took steps to obtain a refund of the game tickets I had bought on StubHub for the Oregon game. I checked into it and learned that StubHub is now refusing to honor its FanProtect guarantee (100% refund for cancelled events) and is only offering a coupon to be used for other events. When I called StubHub they confirmed that although the FanProtect policy was in effect when I bought my tickets, that things had changed and the refund policy is no longer being honored.

Beware of StubHub! Has anyone else dealt with this recently?
