I'm amazed on a daily basis at the way people are ignoring the coming impact of automation on our workforce. Are people really not paying attention? Or is it one of those things that people know is coming but just ignore and hope it will go away somehow? I was just reading a report that nearly half of all retail tasks can be replaced with automation that already exists. It concerns me to say the least.
