What are the legalities to selling something that have no trademarked logos or insignias but it does contain Ohio State colors and buckeye leaves (but not leaves they have used in their products or marketing). Is it something they would move to protect or is it in an area where they can't legally give a cease and desist warning?

I know Ohio State is very protective of their image so was curious was legal experts here have to say on the topic.
