With summer in full swing and some of us getting new toys, it's time for the 11W commentariat to participate in one if it's favorite off-season past times: sharing pictures of smoked meat.
I'll start it off with two recent runs. The first is 3 racks of SLC pork ribs that I smoked 2 weekends ago on the GMG Daniel Boone with cherry and apple pellets:
For father's day Lil NorCal #1 wanted his favorite - rack of lamb. Lil NCB #2 wanted corn. Fired it up on the Akorn with a big lump of cherry. Indirect at around 350F.
So go ahead and post pictures of your cooks (looking at you, Brohio). Bonus points are given for sides. If we're lucky KevinJ may even stop by and give you a case of meat envy.
