Hey there. We’ve been a bit quiet while CalPoppy has been resting and healing. The bone marrow transplant went as expected and then his body has had to start using the transplanted bone marrow as his own. I’m so proud of him for how he continues to show strength, physically and mentally. His body is still working hard and he is still in the hospital. We look forward to when he can be released and go to more comfortable accommodations. We appreciate all of the support from the 11W family-keep it coming. 

Some people have asked about what we can do for the donor- because we know she’s awesome. However, for privacy on both sides, after 1 year they can learn about the other’s identity if both people agree.
