Hello,
I am wanting to completely wipe and (hopefully) reuse a 2015 Microsoft Surface Pro. Here's the issue. It was originally provided to me by my old employer. They did not care to have it back after I left employment for different job. I hadn't touched it in at least 3 years, just packed it away. I found it over the weekend in storage and booted it up, but it is asking for my corporate log in or "admin" log in. I don't have either.
I tried the "Surface Pro Factory Reset" route but it is asking for a "key" that I assume is held by the company who originally purchased it.
Is there any way to wipe/reset/restore this computer? Or because it was/is technically corporate property of the old employer am I just looking at a fancy paperweight?
Thanks for any help.
