Urban gave Shelley veto power on potential jobs all over the nation.  Didn't matter how much UFM liked the program or the offer. If Shelley said no, it was no.

There were, however, three schools that were not subject to the veto.  Ohio State,  Notre Dame*,  and a name I am forbidden to say on Friday's.  Just sayin'.
