Thought it might be interesting to hear which languages people speak, how they learned them, what language or languages they’d like to learn, and why.

I’ll start.

Native English.

Took 5 years of Spanish in middle/high school and use some of it on occasion (spanish speaking patients and some food on the west side)

Would really like to learn Swedish. I think the language is interesting. Learning so many new vowel sounds would be challenging and rewarding. I like the sound of the language and there is some music I enjoy that’s in Swedish.
