The Apollo generation is slowly fading into the wide blue yonder. Cheers to all of the space trail blazers. Bruce will be missed. He served as Capcom during Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon on Apollo 11 and is best known for being the first person to take an untethered spacewalk during the Shuttle Program while serving on Challenger.
