Its been a rough couple years. I've had both of my rotator cuffs rebuilt and now I've broke my ankle.
I snapped my fibula in half, on an angle, down by the ankle joint. They said it was displaced 4mm. The doctor said it would heal on its own but I would have trouble with arthritis down the line. I am really dreading getting cut on again. They wanted to go back in and clean my right shoulder out several months back and I said no, because I didn't want to get cut on again. I don't have much pain at the moment and I am really thinking about cancelling surgery tomorrow.

The doc said he was going to clamp it together and put some screws in it. Does anyone have any experience with this that can give me an idea of what the pain is like after the surgery?
