I just cancelled my trip to Cbus for the game this weekend. Been in the works for several months. I was supposed to fly out of Savannah/Hilton Head on Friday morning, hook up with a buddy in ATL and fly to Columbus.

We've got a nice little storm heading our way I've got to prepare for. My better half told me to go ahead and go as she can evacuate with the dog and cat to the kids house in ATL without me. I thought about it for half a second, but there's no way I could enjoy myself with what's coming.

It really blows (literally) as I've never been to a night game at the Shoe. Been to games all over the country along with many Bowl games and even a NC win over Miami. Can't really count a November 3:30 game vs Indiana when it was cold, windy and raining and may as well been dark at 4:00 in the afternoon.

Was supposed to hook-up with 2 friends from LA that I haven't seen since the Cal-Berkley game a few years ago along with my buddy in ATL. Casino trip, Sunday Brunch at Cap City Diner with my parents and brother all down the shitter,because Mother Nature is hurling the 2nd hurricane in less than 11 months at us. (with another brewing behind this one).

Oh well....I just felt like venting. It's not like I'm being productive at work.
