Its almost here and I for one am extremely excited. First and foremost I am sitting down with the wife right now to watch the original. One of those rare people who has never (like Star Wars) seen the film. Who did I marry right?

While I am skeptical of most remakes, from what I am hearing and even the trailers have me intrigued. King himself has even said it was better than what he anticipated. The new Pennywise has definitely taken on a more sinister look which is starting to grow on me. I think it's possible this one could give the original a run for its money. One review I read even said they nailed the kids characters/relationship similar to that in Stand By Me. Tall order and high praise.

Anyways, part one hits theaters Thursday night. Nerd out below.
