Wife got orders to move from Travis AFB to Wright Patt... 

Excited to be coming home for a couple years, not excited to be doing it in the middle of winter.  The real question here is, where are the best areas to live.  Criteria here is that it needs to be relatively close to base.  20ish minutes at most. Wife will be working in the hospital and will need to be close enough to get there in a hurry when called.  So best areas, schools.. areas to avoid.. anything is appreciated!
