Heard about this story this morning on my drive into the office, wanted to share with you here.

The focus of the story is Logan Schoenhardt, a 10 year old Patriots fan from Connecticut who is battling brain cancer. Logan is battling a terminally ill diagnosis, and has undergone six separate surgeries, with the most recent procedure taking place earlier this year.

As both a big New England and Tom Brady fan, Logan asked his doctor if he would engrave Brady's number 12 into his skull during the surgery, which his doctor obliged.

While Brady sent him a video message shortly after the surgery, Logan was able to meet his hero earlier this month.

Logan's cancer was found to have returned in September, and doctor's are unsure how much time he may have left. My love and support goes out to him, and I steadfastly stand against cancer for as long as I live and breathe.

We're all on the same team in this fight, and I salute Tom Brady for making a boy's wish come true.
