My question is, what the hell kind of Life Insurance policy has a $4mil first year premium and $2mil/year after that?

I'm no actuary, but is he planning on taking up loaded gun and running chainsaw juggling?  My only guess is that is one monster payout if it has an annual premium in the multi-million dollar range.
