Many of you have likely heard about the open water sports at the Rio Summer Games being in jeopardy, due to the water conditions. You've now likely heard about those questuoning USOC about boycotting the Olympics, for the safety of our athletes.
Well, there's more in the sports world...from the World Health Organization, I think. The upcoming Marlins-Pirates series, which was supposed to be played in Puerto Rico, has been moved back to Miami, over concerns for players' health due to the Zika Virus.
I think I'm just going to keep my passport locked up for a while.
Have any of you had to change travel plans over things like this? Would you participate or travel to the Olympics? Or, do you blame MLB players for being concerned about traveling to PR? This just seems kind of crazy to see in 2016.
