Orlando/Bahamas: Excursion Reco Needed

Any excursion or general recommendations for day stops (via Cruise) in Orlando (FL), Great Stirrup Cay and Nassau (Bahamas)?

  • Orlando & Beaches (Port Canaveral) - 8 hrs
  • Great Stirrup Cay, Bahamas - 8 hrs
  • Nassau, Bahamas - 10 hrs

Disney would be fun, but seems way too rushed for an 8 hr stop which would really only give me like 4-5 hours there.

We're thinking Atlantis while in Nassau.
