I'm looking for a fun, kid-friendly place to take my family for a week or so next month, preferably within a day's drive (6-7 hours) of the Columbus area.  Kids are tweens to early teens. 

I'm not averse to spending a little money, just don't want to break the bank.  Any recommendations of places you've been and enjoyed?
