Ohio's open container law is awaiting the governor's signature? Wow.  I remember going to Papa Joe's when visiting from New Orleans. I went to leave the bar and the bouncer told me to finish my beer.  I said I would and tried to leave since I was used to "go cups".  He looked at me funny and said, "No. In the bar!" How quickly I had forgotten.
