The Sun Devils could be in trouble with the NCAA as the Arizona State is reportedly under investigation for possible violations for allegations related to the football program.

According to The Athletic, the NCAA is investigating whether Arizona State hosted high school prospects during the 15-month COVID-19 dead period, but there are reportedly other major allegations, as well.

“ASU can confirm the NCAA is conducting an investigation regarding allegations related to our football program,” Arizona State vice president of media relations and strategic communications Katie Paquet told The Athletic in a statement. “In accordance with NCAA bylaws, the university cannot provide further comment at this time.”

Sun Devils head coach Herm Edwards is currently entering his fourth season with Arizona State.
